On July 7th and 8th 2009 the introductory workshop within the scope of support program :
« ISO/TS 16949 certification for selected Serbian auto parts companies » was held in Belgrade.
This program is conducted by AC Serbia with financial support of USAID Competitiveness Project and German organization for technical support GTZ through its WBF project.
Elvis Ipša, director of quality depatment in Slovenian CIMOS company , introduced following topics:
1) ISO / TS 16949 objašnjavanje zahteva i način implementacije
2) Procesni menadžment u automobilskoj industriji
During 2009 some additional ISO TS 16949 trainings will be held for cluster members which are preparing the implementation of this standard. One of the main training goals is to train and qualify internal auditors who will be able to support and to supervise the introduction of ISO TS in their companies.

4) FMEA – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

8) Internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949 – including practical and written examination
